Your first few days in your home can seem overwhelming. You’re tired from packing up and moving out of your old home, and everything you own is stacked in boxes, waiting to be put away.

It’s impractical to even think about being organized and unpacked within just a few days. Try to unpack in the same order that you packed, or as close to it as possible. Placing boxes in or near the room you’re planning to unpack them in may be impractical, depending on the size and layout of the house, but if possible it will make things much easier.

Perhaps you’re trying to sell your house but the offers aren’t exactly pouring in. It’s easy to blame the poor housing market, and to some degree you’d be justified in doing so. But it’s also possible that your curb appeal isn’t quite up to par.

You’ve probably mowed and trimmed the yard. It’s also likely that you’ve planted a few flowers and put down fresh mulch. But there are several other things you can do that may not have occurred to you.

Not long ago, I had a conference call on which my coaching client agents were able to ask me any questions about their businesses. The question of limiting beliefs was asked by one of these agents.

To be honest, it wasn’t a question I expected to hear during the call. The reason I didn’t expect to receive a question about limiting beliefs is because most people don’t even realize that what they believe may not be accurate. They don’t realize that their belief system holds them back in business and in life. They continue to cling to certain ideas that they believe to be true without any further investigation.

Many removal and storage companies store their customer’s items in wooden crates. These are then stacked in a warehouse with lots of other crates. In order to access a crate, many others have to be moved. In such cases the customer is often charged an expensive fee every time they want to get something from storage. Customers should check these charges and consider how often they intend to access their storage. If regular access is needed these cost will soon add up.
